Questa fotografa siciliana che lavora in Spagna ci presenta un corpo di donna tatuato su tutto il fianco sinistro di scritte che scivolano ondeggianti e sinuose per fermarsi in prossimità del fianco con un tatuaggio che riproduce delle ali. Si potrebbe parlare di poesia visiva, lì dove il corpo è il supporto sopra il quale scrivere per immagini una poesia o più frammenti di poesie non possiamo che parlare di body art. E’ il corpo a produrre materia artistica, in questo caso materia di lettura. Il corpo come foglio di un quaderno, un blocco degli appunti sopra il quale scrivere impressioni, emozioni, sensazioni vissute e trattenute, oltre che nel ricordo attraverso i sensi, stampandole sulla propria filigrana, imprimendole per sempre a testimonianza e a memoria di un’esperienza. La lettura si compie svolgendo lo sguardo da sinistra a destra e dall’alto verso il basso. L’occhio scivola dolcemente lungo le rotondità accarezzandole in maniera dolce e delicata. Descrivendo un profilo e disegnando le forme di questa donna, l’artista realizza  un micro viaggio dell’osservazione dove il paesaggio che si attraversa risulta quanto mai interessante e curioso.

This Sicilian photographer that works in Spain presents us with a female body tattooed on the whole left side of the body with writings that glide waving and sinuous to stop in the proximity of the hip with a tattoo that reproduces wings. One could speak of visual poetry, there where the body is the bearer upon which to write with images a poem or several fragments of poetry we can’t but talk of body art. It is the body to produce the artistic material, in this case reading material. The body as a leaf of a writing bloc, a note book on which to write impressions, emotions, sensations experienced and preserved, besides in the memory through the senses, by printing them on one’s own filigree, impressing them for ever as a witness and a memory of an experience. The reading is performed looking from left to right and from top to bottom. The eye glides softly along the curves caressing them in a sweet and delicate manner. Describing a profile and designing the forms of this woman, the artist creates a micro journey of observation where the landscape traveled 

results more than ever interesting and curious.
